Birth Doula

I specialize in providing support during pregnancy and during labor. Through techniques and positions we try to minimize discomfort and attempt to shorten labor time as well as bringing a more uplifting attitude to childbirth. I support women in what ever way they choose to birth and that I may be able to bring them comfort physically and emotionally.
